By using PowerOps services, you agree to these Terms of Service. PowerOps is operated by Mass Ideation Inc., 115 Tompkins Avenue, Pleasantville, NY 10570. Contact us at mike@getpowerops.com.
PowerOps provides AI-powered phone reception and lead capture services for electrical contractors. Services are provided on a subscription basis at the rates agreed upon at the time of sign-up ($597 setup fee + $347/month). Service terms, pricing, and features may be updated with 30 days notice.
By providing your phone number to PowerOps, you consent to receive SMS messages related to our services. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Message and data rates may apply.
The setup fee is due at the time of onboarding. Monthly fees are billed in advance. Failure to pay may result in suspension of service. No refunds are issued for partial months.
If PowerOps does not generate additional booked jobs for your business within the first 30 days, we will continue providing the service at no additional cost until it does. This guarantee applies to clients who have completed onboarding and are actively using the service as directed.
You agree to use PowerOps services only for lawful business purposes. You may not use our services to harass, defraud, or mislead any person.
PowerOps is not liable for missed calls, lost business, or any indirect damages arising from use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the prior 30 days.
Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate service immediately for violations of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
